Do you have a recipe for a grapefruit smoothie?
I’ve learned that the white stuff left on a grapefruit after peeling is beneficial because it is fiber.
I don’t like the bitter taste of it so I scape it off.
I need plenty of fiber in my diet and since I DO like grapefruit very much I will now try to use that white stuff too.
To make it palatable for me I would drink it in a smoothie or something similar.
Any ideas and or suggestions?

what is the difference between a soup and a smoothie?
please be logical…it’s not just about temp, veg or fruit content.
for example: does a cold soup class as a smoothie?
looking at some of the ans i am confused, as a tomato is a fruit, and you can add things to smoothies such as suger etc… also you can use things like yoghurt in soup!
oh….. and some people do eat cold soup and you can drink soup

How could i make a Robeks Green Tea Sensation smoothie at home?

Will orange juice diminish the effect of proteins in a protein smoothie?
My bro says not to put orange juice in our protein smoothie as the acids will neutralize the protein’s effect or something…i didnt find anything about this on the web tho…just wondering if anyone knows. Thanks.
