For one of their holiday episodes they gave a recipe for a “day-after” smoothie. I didn’t get the whole recipe and was wondering what it was.
Also in this episode was holiday pet ideas, wrapping ideas, a fabric Christmas tree, and how to handle family issues and stress during the holidays.

1 tbsp cholera
pinch devilss something
1 tbsp cammoile powder
blueberries
cube of ginger
banana
lemon juice
