okay, so I use the wilberry mix, some milk and ice. I use about 1/2 cup 2% milk, and 3-5 0z of the mix. I would count it out myself but i already made my smoothie at the cafe and then went home without checking! Thnx.

Usually you can find the nutrition information on the mix bag/box. 2% milk has 150 calories in it, and ice doesn’t have any calories. Hope this helps a bit.

well i usually put a cup of frozen strawberries, one banana, 7 ice cubes, cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk and two scoops of ice cream it taste sooo good!

Sugar
Bananas
Vanilla extract
Vanilla bean yogurt (I would rather not use it though)
Ice

How do I make it? I don’t want to add any other fruit or anything like that. I want a pure banana smoothie haha

Just blend the bananas with the ice and a little water if you need to loosen it up a little. Bananas are really sweet, so you probably won’t need any sugar.
