I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be? If you are looking to optimize absorption of nutrients you should drink the wheat grass on an empty stomach. The smoothie is packed with nutrients too so you’re doing your body good anyways its not like your eating a giant steak after the wheatgrass haha

I have a selection of berries including, strawberries, raspberries, boysenberries and blackberries etc.

Bananas
red and black currants
I am willing to buy more ingredients if needed. I am going to be making smoothies for several people and therefore I want to experiment with a few recipes. Do you guys have any suggestions of smoothies I could do?

Strawberries, pineapples, coconut, some pineapple sherbet, papaya juice and ice!

I have a Kenwood New York Smoothie Maker and is wondering if i can grind stuffs like Soaked raw rice, Cocunut, soaked lentils or yellow spilt peas etc? This model comes with a tap.

put vanilla ice cream, some ice cubes, and frozen orange juice (do not reconstitute the juice) into a blender
