I recently bought the ‘Juicemaster’ recipe book and have been having smoothies for breakfast and lunch for the past week then just a normal tea. I’m 5’4 and weight 8 stone 9lbs – do you think if I keep this up I’ll loose weight? I want to loose half a stone.

Usually I’d eat before 2 x shredded wheat for breakfast and soup for lunch?

Can I make a smoothie using only frozen strawberries and skim milk?

I am looking for some healthy and quick, as well as easy ways to make smoothies for breakfast. Can I make them with just frozen fruits and skim milk, or do I have to add ice, yogurt and/or other ingredients? Thanks

If you freeze the fruit you can do it with just milk but I personaly do not think they are as tasty.

I do frozen berrys, milk, and yogurt somtimes I toss in frozen bananas.

If you dont want ice freeze the fruit, Other then that the only rule you have is milk. And you can mix just about anything with it.

It’s really hard to swallow because it’s so thick and clumpy.
I want to drink this every morning because I’m too skinny and it’s just hard to swallow the whole thing.
Can someone tell me what I should do?

Puree it better.

And McDonalds works really well to put on weight. Just look at how huge people who eat there regularly are.

Drinking veggies doesn’t really do much. You gain weight by eating too many calories – veggies aren’t particularly high in calories that’s why fatties like me eat them to lose weight.

Realistically if you eat regularly and are still skinny you are just a skinny person. Chugging down something disgusting like a green veggie smoothie isn’t going to change that.
