Alright, I kind of wanted
to make a berry smoothie and
here are the ingrediants I will use:

Nectarine
Blueberries
Strawberries
Vanilla Yogurt
Ice

Now i’m having trouble deciding wether I should
use milk or orange juice.

Which one do you think will taste better?

I have been drinking water, tea and fruit juice ( freh from the juicer) I wanted to know if I can drink smoothies witout messing up my fast.
Im fasting to give my digestive system a break and to cleanse my body.

Sugar free? Maybe…Good luck with that. I tried to fast. Lasted about 4 days and was a mean bi%*$ the whole time. You also see way more ads for food when you are not eating it. Are you fasting for weight loss or to clean out? There has to be a better way! Good luck, again!

I’d like to make a vitamin drink in the morning by adding my vitamins (removing the powder from the capsules or squirting the fish oil) into my morning smoothy. Just wondering if it would affect the potency or have cause some weird interaction in your stomach.

I used to take tons of vitamin supplements. What I did for breakfast was chew the powdered ones and open up the capsules in a glass of water. IF you keep the salmon oil capsule in your mouth for a minute, the gelatin will dissolve and your stomach will do the rest.

I also used to take digestive enzymes to ensure that my body was digesting every bit of what I was taking. You don’t want to waste good vitamins!

I do not work out and I’ve started replacing lunch with a tropical smoothie w/splenda and I’ve lost 5 pounds but I’ve noticed when I have them add whey protein I stay full until dinner. Will the whey make me gain weight?

it will only make you gain if it puts you over your daily caloric requirement

two scoops of your favorite ice cream
half a cup of cream/milk
1 banana sliced
10 strawberries slice
and if you’re over 21: I like to put about a tablespoon of kahlua in it.
