here it is: a splash of rice milk handful of blueberries 1 banana 1 stalk of celery a handful of kale a tablespoon of ground flaxseed a handful of spinach mix that baby together… enjoy… PS figure out your own measurements… I do mine by taste…

    look at all those plants slowly dying..hahaha jk im a vegetarian too and i didnt know about having to grind the flax seeds. i suppose i can just do that first thing in the blender as well. thx for the recipe and i love almond milk..be careful of too much soy stuff tho, and also tell yr husband not to sit like that in front of the computer he will get forward head posture hehe. peace.

    I’ll have to try the rice milk. I usually do vanilla soy, spinch, banana and cucumber. Absolutly delicious! Stay healthy queen. Peace

    I have found that I prefer Vanilla almond mild better than the rice milk. Good recipe!
