   If you’re bent on using half and half, here is a recipe that I like; normally I would use milk or yogurt seeing as half and half is so fatty:

   1 ripe/very ripe banana
   1/2 to 1 full cup frozen berries
   1/4 to 3/4 cup milk/yogurt/half and half

   Blend all ingredients in blender
