Carrot Almond Banana Smoothie

www.wholefoodies.org – Cut a few carrots into pieces big enough for your juicer and juice them. Add the juice with some almond milk and banana into a blender and add some spices or sweeteners to add to the taste.

    I like your powerful equipment…I’d love to have a juicer and blender like yours…Right now I just have to be content with blending my carrots in a liquid…Without bananas a smoothie would be like a cake without flour.

    Ah! This one’s stereo but should have been mono. The sound track is only in the L channel… sorry about that!
