I have milk, cool whip, frozen raspberries and other frozen berries, orange juice, oranges, heavy whip, and I believe that is it. So any ideas? And they have to be healthy because I am on a diet lol =)

Ok. raspberries, berries, oranges and orange juice… thats a smoothie for you!
or you could go for raspberries, orange milk an a bit of heavy whip.

One of my fav healthy milkshake/smoothies is alprosoya milk,banana, a bit of cocoa powder if im treating myself) or honey!
its really nice!

you can try also with pears,peach,banana and some type of juce!!

Tyr lots of different stuff! bt i old go with the fruit and skip the cream/whip if your ona diet!

I’d recommend going in to retail smoothie businesses and looking at what they have. Talk to a friendly manager saying that you’re thinking of starting a small smoothie place on the other side of town and ask them about their blenders, the plusses and minuses.
You’ll, no doubt, find more reliable info that you’ll find with all the ‘experts’ here!

tired of looking all over the net for a recipe for the ingredients i have on hand: Orange sherbet, milk,vanilla yogurt. ( with or without eggs) hellllllllllllp! Having a major orange dreamsicle attack as I type! Thankx!

Sure … use the sherbet. You may not need ice then, since the sherbet is frozen, and the milk will be cold. DON’T use raw eggs! Besides being disgusting tasting, you can get very sick from eating raw eggs……

But whenever i use those ingredients, it’s still watery… please give me some good tips/ingredients!

1/2 cup strawberries (about 5-8)
one apple
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen yougurt
1/2 cup milk.

I have pushed down and twist, I have pulled up on the head of the bottle, but I can’t figure out how to get the pump actually working. I’ve just been twisting the pump off and using the straw part to put it on my hands… I swear I’ve opened bottles before.

Lmfao.

Might be a defect in the pump. Can you jerry-rig another pump and fix it onto the Mary Kay bottle? Maybe just cut the straw of another lotion that’s old to fit the bottle.
