4 strawberries
4 rasberries
1 cherry yogurt – 1 cup or how much u have
1/2 cup of water
optional: 2 tbspn sugar or honey or sweetner
and smooth

I saw this somewhere, maybe it was just in a movie or something… the person was making a smoothie and dropped their multivitamin supplements into the blender and mixed it together. Is this safe to do? Any disadvantages of doing it this way? Would it taste horrid?

Prolly, it’s just vitamins, but it depends on what flavor and what vitamin, otheiiwse it might taste bad. Remember, the best source of info is your doctor.

At home right now, I have acai berry juice and orange juice. I was wondering if any smoothies could be made using either of these juices. I have fresh grapes and strawberries as well, and maybe they could be incorporated into the drink. If you could please post some other recipies/ingredients to blend with the afore mentioned ones, it would be greatly apprieciated.

i read somewhere cereal like add a handful make sure its something healthy of course i used to have a friend who would add uncooked oatmeal i guess you could try that

Just take ur favorite fruits and what ever else u put in a smoothie and blend together, it may take a couple trys but hey it’s fun to do and you can end up with a delicious recipe :)

” Jamba Juice at Home” Strawberries Wild Smoothie Recipe
From a Jamba Juice in Chicago via the ABC7 recipes.

1 cup apple juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen bananas
1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or vanilla soy yogurt
1/2 cup ice

10 minutes

Pour the apple juice in the blender.
Add the strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth with a thick consistency.
If Vegan use suitable sugar.
