Day #035 Two Minute Recipe – PB and Banana Smoothie recipe

This morning I woke up and put together a smoothie for breakfast, I do not have smoothies often but when I do I try to have them packed with the fruits and fats I need in a meal. This peanutbutter and banana one fits the bill perfectly.

just a little tip… freeze the bananas for a little extra thickness. Freeze your fruit and you can use less ice or buy frozen fruit ;) love your videos

I love to make smoothies. They’re great for making the night before if you don’t normally have time in the morning. I usually use oat milk and silken tofu instead of cow milk and yogurt. Sometimes I use soy yogurt but tofu is healthier. :o)

380 calories for one that size, you can cut the recipe in half with the peanut butter if you like really depends on how much of a peanut butter taste you want

  22. justacameragirl on January 8th, 2010 5:40 am

mine came out to 380 calories but was a huge glass of smoothie
