    YAAA! I’m so excited for the juice feast!!! I’ve been finishing up the program, working on the videos and today I did a big shop at the farmer’s market. The juice feast is going to be awesome!!! Can’t wait!

    Awesome, you definitely have to go at your own pace– but its amazing how you add a little green and it pumps up the drink with more nutrition and goodies and you don’t taste it at all!!! Keep the experiments going!! :)

    I find it hard to drink a lot of green smoothies … a bit thick, too filling.

    You’re right, a green juice is an instant lift!

    However, I do love a superfood smoothie … for the yumyness of it :-)

    But everyone needs to drink what they enjoy – if you enjoy it, you’ll keep going, so that’s important.

    Hello Natasha, I have a question for you. Have you ever gotten sick since you went raw? If you sense yourself getting sick, or are near sick people, do you change what you eat to build up your defenses?
