   yeaah tumeric and ginger is good for you
   i eart raw rarlic with ginger this is such a healthy combo i feel instatly healed

   Hi,
   Sorry for the delay.
   I only used MMS for a couple of weeks and decided that it didn’t feel good to me. I have read that people are having all kinds of great results from using it.
   It is really cheap and can be shipped anywhere so why not give it a try?

   Are you drinking green smoothies? My consuming lots of greens your body will begin to strengthen and ballance in a way that your health can only improve.

   Ginger is a rasayana (Ayurvedic term) i.e promotes longevity, as is also recognised in Chinese med. Ginger is great – so many properties – a good mainstay. Turmeric is excellent too; for sore throat/tonsillitis even, gargle half glass warm water,with a pinch of sea salt and pinch of turmeric; action is disinfectant(salt), and anti-inflammatory (turmeric). “Planetary Herbal” by Michael Tierra is great resource; herbs plus dynamics of action (Chinese,Ayurvedic, Western). Turmeric also antioxidant.

    Thanks so much for the info, I’ll check out the websites. I do other green smoothies with more veggies, ginger, tumeric, etc. that comes out like a fresh Virgin Mary! Born & raised in CA now live on Whidbey Island in the Puget Sound. Anyway, thanks again! Terry
