    im starting tomorrow the detoxing…I might not be able to be as committed as you but I am strong minded…Last week I had some Mcdonalds an got some bad food poising and I aint letting that happen….plus seeing how ripped u are makes me want to get in better shape also

    I would like to say this man..I look up to Dan..I wish i could look and feel like you do but my life isnt as good as yours. My face gots some problems which make me look ugly, my body has no fat but a thing called keloids which hurt.. So i want to be in health but man am i depressed with my life..If i am so ugly how can i love my self, but i am glad for you and all ppl out there living thier lives and having a good time.

    down with haters! i’ve been eating tons of fruit/veggies lately(raw) and wow you do get a natural positive high from all the goodness your body is receiving….incredible difference from eating junk.

    I totally made this receipe, but didn’t realize I am not a ginger fan. LOL. I drank it anyway. I think it would have been fine without the ginger, not that your suggestion was bad, I just didn’t realize what real ginger tasted like. I was eating most of the canteloupe before I made the smoothie too.

    Dan, Can you please do a video that tells us the vitamins or what certain Raw ingredients do? Like, the Ginger, why use Ginger and not something else?
    What else works? Is it just about flavor?
    Maybe Christa can do this (sorry hon, I know you work hard on these too!)

    PS: cinnamon is EXCELLENT for keeping one’s blood sugar levels on an even keel…
    …so it’s a great choice for diabetics, prediabetics, hypoglycemics, or just anyone really…

    my favorite snack (or meal!) this time of year is to cut up an apple or two and sprinkle raisins and tons of cinnamon all over them…delicious! ;)
