If you have a rock solid diet then whey protein may not make a huge difference, but for people on the go, or who are short on time, or may not have the perfect diet it can give you an edge. i always say to keep a journal of your progress and then you will truly know what works and what doesn’t. For me, whey protein has been great.

what you can do is slowly work into it and keep track of your body fat percentage. watch it daily and watch the scale. if you start to go the wrong way then dial it back a little. This way you will not run the risk of eliminating the abs, but you may allow yourself to add some additional muscle mass.
Well. I myself am pretty skinny. 120 lb’s and 6 foot 1 and 18 years old. I have a fast metabolism. I always thought about taking one of these weight gainer shakes. But a friend said that It will help me gain weight, but it will make my 6 pack disappear . So sure if I go from 120 lb’s to 140 lb’s in a month. It would be nice. But then I will most likely not have my 6 pack abs. Because of the fat calories. And Once i get off this shake. I will go back to normal weight. So yeah. Just my opinion.
gainers are usually for the hard gainers who need a lot more calories than the average person. The guys with the supercharged metabolisms. If you have an average metabolism then yes, any amount of caloric over consumption could lead to body fat.
hmm. Isnt this bad for your abs? Since alot of the calories com from fat? So it will help hide your abs? and some of the fat calories might hide your muscle or no.
Start with one… then of course if you can tolerate it and you are putting on the right kind of weight you can bump it up to two or even three…. although three would be a whole lot of calories in one day!!
The ice cream was a good idea, any tips on how many of these bad boys you should drink a day ?

It’s a little heavy to do before your workout, but definitely after your workout is good! I have seen people eat these before a workout… but I would go a little lighter.

Well IMO the taste is awesome! as far as healthy, feel free to adjust the recipe as necessary. health diets are a controversial subject and always will be. Use a variety of good, clean ingredients in moderation and you should be good

I’ve been drinking this for about a week now, really good stuff. It tastes really good. Don’t mean to flood you with questions but just wondering how many times a day I should be drinking this to gain weight?

If you don’t have any whey, yes it would still be a huge gainer… you could always use cottage cheese or powdered milk or even eggs to get the extra protein. 65 grams of fat IMO is perfectly fine if you are trying to gain weight. Plus don’t forget…. PB has some pretty good fats for you and like wise with the EVO.
Great video’s man, really helpful. Just wondering though, lets say Im all out of Whey protein, would this shake still be helpful in gaining weight If I drink it without the whey? Also 65 grams of fat, is that safe to consume on a daily basis?
