   Berry Blitz Smoothie
   (serves 2)
   Ingredients
   1 cup of frozen strawberries
   1 banana
   2 cups of ice
   Strawberry flavouring
   Method
   Put strawberries, banana (chopped) and ice into the blender. Blend for approx 30 seconds. Then add a dash of strawberry flavouring (any kind) and blend until smooth.
