How do you make a fruit smoothie?

Category: Smoothie Q&A

Using a blender, what ingredients do we need to make a smoothie? We have fresh strawberries (not frozen), bananas, oranges, milk, and sugar. I’m not a big fan of the strawberry-banana flavor but I want to keep the calorie intake low with good taste. Any suggestions? Serious answers only, please.

put some oranges with bananas with milk.
if you think it needs to be sweeter add sugar.

I have made this one before..it says to put in soy milk but any milk really works.

    Step1
In a blender or food processor, place soy milk, strawberries, banana and orange juice.

    Step2
Cover; blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth.

    Step3
Sweeten to taste with honey. Blend for another second or two to make sure it is properly mixed.

    Step4
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Makes 2 servings

use whatever fruit you like and add some yogurt if you have it and a little sugar
too much would make it grainy

    Banana-Berry Fruit Smoothie
    1/2 pear, cored
1/4 cup frozen blueberries or frozen mixed berries
    1/2 banana, frozen
    1 1/4 cup water
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tbsp. skim milk
    1 heaping tbsp.

I always liked this one… lol

Take any fruit of choice (personally i like bannanas, blueberries, and some peanut butter) and add milk, yogurt (any kind, i use just normal plain yogurt), and ice in a blender. Then blend until…well it looks creamy and like a smoothie =D (add sugar if you like it very sweet)

simple. about a cup of fruit you like, yogurt, and ice. using half a banana helps it become a little creamier.
