OMG you are an idiot. freeze them. thaw them, peel them, cut them, put in blender with milk,sugar/cream.

thaw them. peel them cut them into pieces, throw in blender with sugar, ice orange juice and fresh strawberries and you have a strawberry banana smoothie.

You can easily use a knife to cut away the bits of peel that might still be there, since cutting frozen food is sometimes MUCH easier than when it’s defrosted.

My husband and I use frozen bananas in our smoothies ALL the time, since fresh or defrosted bananas may make your smoothie mushy and clumpy. We just use chunks of frozen banana, strawberry, mango, pineapple, crushed ice or milk, and some yogurt, then blend in a blender. Add a bit of honey for sweetness too, if you like.

i freeze bananas all the time like that
cus i have never have ice for smoothies so,

i usually take out the bananas from the freezer
and run them under warm water and rub the skin

then i just cut the ends and make a shallow incision
with a paring knife and peel. :)

also next time u freeze bananas don’t freeze them whole
i learned that just not before i came across this

    for best results,
peel and chop the banana and put it in a zip lock baggie
then put them in the freezer until u need them. :)

    btw, this isn’t chance
its his girlfriend. :D but not like u care lol

    hope it helped !
