May I assume your mother also forbids you using a food processor?
What appliances does mom let you use?
Ask her how to make a smoothie using the tools she allows – you’ll figure it out (Try an old fashioned egg-beater)

    Use a potato masher… or a ricer.

When she’s not home then do it. Or just ask her how your supposed to do it without a blender and see what she says. Be nice to her or you might be banned from the kitchen all together! Just kidding. :o)

Put a banana in a big ziploc bag along with a small cup of strawberry yogurt, force most of the air out, seal it, then smoosh it like crazy until it is totally smooth. Be careful not to break the bag or make a mess or your mom will hide the ziplocs, too. Squeeze the resulting squish into a big glass or cup (the biggest you can find) and pour in milk, leaving a few inches at the top so that when you stir it all up as fast as you can with a long spoon or butter knife it won’t splash out anywhere. Add a little honey if it’s not sweet enough.

This recipe totally works, trust me. I made smoothies like this for years because I didn’t have a blender. I am cheap, too, so I rinsed out the plastic bag and reused it.
