How do you make fruit smoothies?

Category: Smoothie Q&A

Like the Pineapple and Lemon juice smoothies? I want something quick and easy because in other cases the smoothie recipe was very complicating and I didn’t know how to do it. Does anyone have any easy smoothie recipes?

I work at a gym, and we make smoothies here. We use smoothie concentrate, but say you wanted a strawberry smoothie, I’d just use about 2 cups of strawberries and then about an ounce of water or milk.

the easiest way to make them is with the blender, add ice, yogurt, fruit and a bit of milk
you can use flavoured yogurt or plain and add whatever fruits you want for flavor
add them all to the blender and mix until its the thickness you want
for one smoothie you probably only need 4-6 icecubes
    1/2 cup of yogurt
    1/2 cup milk
    whatever fruit you want

Buy frozen fruit and put it in a blender with juice/water/milk/yogurt depending on your preference. Blend it up and the work is done. Yummy smoothie in a matter of minutes. Enjoy!

well you need a blender, pineapples and lemon or lemon exract and vanilla ice-cream. first you add the ice-cream in the blender (if you put a lot, you will have a lot of smoothie and if you put a little then you won’t have as much.) then you put in the fruit and blend it. if you want to add like pizzaz to it, you can put like strawberry flavour ice-cream for like a tropical taste. i like it.

    :-)

I like using LUNA Elixer Refreshing Drink Mix added to soymilk and a little silken tofu, along with ice cubes or crushed ice, whirred together in a blender or Vitamix. Healthy Delicious! Of course, you can add any kind of fruit you like or any flavor of drink mix too, or for a richer, thicker shake treat, your favorite flavor of meal replacement powder works great! Enjoy!:::)))

Here is a good recipe. You can use whatever flavor yogurt, fruit, or juice that you want just keep the portions the same size and keep the banana to make it smooth and creamy.

    Strawberry Banana Smoothie

    1 Banana
1 French Vanilla Yoplait yogurt, or any other flavor
1 cup frozen strawberries or any frozen fruit
2/3 cup pineapple orange juice or whatever juice you like.

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
