How do you make smoothies?

I’ve been trying to make smoothies lately, but they don’t seem to come out to well. I’ve tried a few on this site but no luck. Here’s what I Have, Ice, concentrated juice, frozen fruit(cherries, and kiwi), sugar? What am I missin?

bananas, strawberries, yogurt, milk, ice, any fruit….blend.
sounds good to me.
maybe some yogurt?
just make sure to balance the liquid or itll come out like a sorbet

Here’s what I do. I put 1 cup juice (preferably probiotic fruit juice, it’s just better for you), 1 cup fruit, fresh or frozen and I always add a banana for potassium. You can also throw in a small container of any flavor yoghurt. I drink one a day and they are delish.
i would suggest some kind of protein powder, there are some really good recipes at mens health.com, not just for men
Do you have a smoothie maker and not a blender
You basically need fruit, fruit juice, frozen fruit and ice
only use a tea spoon of sugar due to there being natural sugar already in the fruit itself

Mostly you just dump a bunch of high carb junk in the blender and buzz it til it is all pureed. Notice that I don’t like smoothies??
Milk and ice cream are key ingredients.
First, you would need a blender. Then what ever you like for fruits (fresh) and you just mix everything together. Plus your ice.
well .. u get a LOTLOT LOT LOT OF FRUITS AND SMASH THEM TOGETHER AND THEN DRINK IT or you go to smoothie king and buy one … or … buy a blender to smash them …. eew
