fruit, milk, sweetener and ice will make a great smoothie!

if you use a frozen banana it will help the creaminess.

Oh, and add a little vanilla extract (or other for more flavor).

Definitely! I never use ice cream in mine. Pretty much any fruit and milk will work with ice. I like to add yogurt to mine.

What I sometimes do is go on coldstone.com and just look at whatever they use to make their smoothies. I suppose you could maybe do that for all smoothie shops who have websites. My dad makes smoothies a lot, and he uses bananas, watermelon, sugar, blueberries, orange juice, yogurt, and ice. You could pretty much make a smoothie out of anything.

You can mix and match the fruit you have and add ice along with either milk or a fruit juice. Yummy!

    1/2 banana
    1/2 cup any flavor yogurt
    throw in some peaches
1 tablespoon peanut butter (for protein)
    splash in some milk
    blend.

So good! Next time pick up some frozen cherries and use them too. It is absolutely delicious.

Of course you can! This is one of my favorites… Milk (or water), ice, bananas, honey and you can add apple-cinnamon oatmeal if you want. I think water, orange, cantaloupe and peach (you might want to add a little sugar, but try it fist) should be good also. Enjoy!! ;-)

A good one is to freeze peaches and bananas and throw them in the blender with some plain water and whirl away! :) Good luck.

Juice the orange and put that juice in the blender. Add a peach and a banana and 5 ice cubes. No need for sugar-that is what the orange juice is for. Enjoy!

You can use vanialla yogurt or soft frozen yogurt. You can also use plain yogurt and sweeten it so that your smoothie will not be so tart. And you can certainly have smoothies without strawberries. You can do banana and peanut butter, peach, peach and mango, peach, mango, pineapple & bananas….the list goes on.

    Enjoy!
