    Use your original recipes but replace milk with soy milk.

    I usually use milk or yogurt in smoothies. Sometimes I use both.

    If you don’t like milk why not use banana for creaminess and then just mix in your strawberries or blueberries. Use some orange juice, pineapple apple juice, or whatever juice will compliment your fruit if you need to add some liquid.

    You could freeze some fruit juice in an ice cube tray. Add a few of those to your smoothie.

    Cranberry juice works for my family. I use just a bit of yogurt to add to the creaminess.

    strawberry :
    * 1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
    * 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice, or to taste
    * Optionally, you can add 1 tablespoon of water to make is less thick

    Combine the strawberries and apple juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Then add the water and blend until you have it as thick as you like.

    blueberry :

    Blueberry and Yogurt Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:
    1/2 cup of wild blueberries

    1/2 a banana
    1/2 cup of ice

    banana

    * 1 ripe banana
    * 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
    * 1 tbs honey
    * 1 cup ice, crushed

    You can just substitute orange juice for the milk. Put ice, the fruit and some orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. It won’t be as thick but will still taste good.
