I have a pint of blueberries frozen in my freezer in a little bag. How much yogurt do I need for a smoothie?

Category: Smoothie Q&A

I’d like to just use the whole pint. Do I need to thaw them? If I then put the blender pitcher in the refrigerator, how long until it’s not good anymore? I was hoping to have it for breakfast for maybe 2 or 3 days, and just blend it again quick each morning to fluff it up. But not sure if it will seperate. I’ve never made smoothie’s before.

No need to defrost them. One glass of milk or yogurt with one glass of fruit will make a nice sized smoothie.

I would advise you make it fresh each morning as the fruit will maintain allm of its goodness while frozen.
