I need a recipe for a smoothie please?

Category: Smoothie Q&A

I have…
Grapes
Orange Juice
Oranges
Icecrean
Milk
Mixed Fruit Jam
Tomatoes
eggs?

I’m not planning to use all of those, especially eggs and tomatoes:/ but can i get a recipe for a good smoothie/
If needed, I can buy other basic fruit-bannanas and strawberries etc , but i’d rather stick to what i have.

thanks!

I’d keep it simple and use a little orange juice and one orange and the icecream you have. Use as much OJ you need to make it blend smoothly. hope it helps:)

I take 1 or 2 simple fruits that would tast good together or that you like and then take milk yogurt and the fruit and blend it up in the blender. Then after that is like a liquid blend the ice in and add sugar to make it sweet!! (sorry im a bad speller…..)
