and the only fruites i have right now is grapes and watermelon. i’m going to make a smoothie for the first time so how do you make it ?

Get some frozen Strawberries, bananas, and yogurt.
Grapes and watermelon aren’t good in smoothies.
Mix about 8 strawberries with a banana and some yogurt.
It wil be good.
Humm, try it, see how it tastes. You also need ice. (prefer crushed but cubes ok) Somekind of juice would be good too, and mabey some yogurt.
Put it in a blender with milk. Yogurt makes yucky smoothies imo. Freeze the fruit before hand and you won’t need any ice. If you don’t want to wait then add a few cubes. Oh, and make sure you get all the seeds out of the watermelon.
do you have canned pineapple on hand ? if so you can make a pina colada on. add the pineapple to blender , add ice and a little milk , ice and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. crush in your blender. you get an even frothier shake if you add the powdered milk instead. or throw in a tablespoon on powdered milk in addition to the skim milk you are already using.
watermelon and grapes don’t normally go in smoothies.
WATERMELON SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) lemon, fat-free yogurt
3 cups Cubed, seeded watermelon
1 pint Fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
1 tablespoon Honey or strawberry jam
3 Ice cubes
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, watermelon, strawberries, honey and ice cubes. Process until smooth and frothy. Serve in tall glasses with a straw. Yields 4 servings

Blueberry watermelon smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups cut-up seedless watermelon (1-inch chunks)
1 cup frozen blueberries, unthawed
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
Serves 1 or 2

Milkshake smoothie
In the blender throw half a banana, a half-cup of orange or pineapple juice, a container of yogurt, and a half-glass of milk. Blend it for one to two minutes, and voila, you have an instant healthy milkshake.

Put grapes and watermelon in blender. Add ice and some plain yogurt, a little milk, and blend until the ice is in little rocks.
