is it bad to only have a smoothie for breakfast and lunch?

its 12:30 now…and so far ive only had a smoothie..a homemade one so it doesnt have all those extra calories and stuff…its just like blueberries, strawberries, pineapples, etc.
is it unhealthy to only have this for breakfast/lunch?

It’s not unhealthy as long as you do not make this a daily routine and remain full until your next meal. Having an all liquid diet will not help your body to fill itself up. You need to be eating something with more substance than just blended fruits. No matter how healthy a smoothie seems you should not be having more than one or two smoothies a day. Instead try making yourself a smoothie and then adding baked crackers or something of that sort to your meal that way you will have a healthy variety of food for your body to feed off of
