1 (6 ounce) can frozen oranges
    1 cup milk
    1 cup water
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/3 cup white sugar
    10 cubes ice
    sprig of mint

In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate, milk, water, vanilla, sugar and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Here’s two things I could recommend.

    1) You could buy one of those packaged powdered mixes that they sell in the produce section called Orange Frosty or something. All you do is blend the oranges and the mix. Since the oranges are frozen, that will only be good for the thickness and texture of the drink. To make it a smoothie, just add yogurt.

    2) Blend the frozen oranges, yogurt, a little sugar and maybe strawberries or a banana. You may also add just a little juice or milk to get the blender going. Since the oranges are frozen, there is no need for ice and your smoothie will be thick.
