    cottage cheese
sour cream (add sugar or splenda depending on whether fruit is sweet)
    vanilla ice cream
    heavy cream
    light cream
    milk
    powdered milk
    chocolate milk
    fruit juice
    orange juice

    the ideas are endless!

This recipe uses orange juice, soy milk, and a banana. So simple. http://www.recipe4living.com/recipes/banana_soy_smoothie.htm Lots of times, I just make one with orange juice and frozen fruit and it’s delicious!

Just use milk (or soy milk or almond milk) and increase the quantity of the fruit a little bit (milk is less thick than yogurt, so if you add a bit more fruit that’ll make up for not having the thickness of the yogurt). You could also try something like granola or protein powder for a bit more thickness.
