    I am in process of changing the recipe – and agree that non-dairy or goats milk and yoghurt are far better options than cow’s…..poor cows are being treated with all kinds of chemicals and drugs these days. I feel for them greatly.

    I think that nut mylk is a better base, though, or raw juice. I wouldn’t use cow’s milk as an ingredient for a smoothie, but thanks for the posting:)

    This smoothie recipe is a ‘first step’ towards a healthier life….changing those old habits bit by bit….I’m now 80% raw fooding, have little or no dairy and it feels great. More recipes will be posted as I go. Healthy days to you and thank u for the comment.
