Every morning I get my vitamix brand blender out and I put 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of captain crunch in there and I make a peanut butter smoothie. It makes breakfast so much faster because I am not wasting my time chewing and my vitamix unlocks all of the nutrients that I could not otherwise digest.
