Raw Vegan Green Smoothie Recipe : Smoothie Smoothies Recipes

Raw Vegan Green Smoothie Recipe

I think this would have been better with one more banana added and definitely the 1 more cup of peaches. This recipe lasted us all day! This recipe is family size so you can change it to meet your needs. 1 lb spinach 3-4 bananas 3-4 cups of peaches 1/2 cup of filtered water The next day I made this again and added 2 packets of stevia and it was wonderful thanks to a comment on this video from northstar!

I SOOO feel your pain. I’m fat trying to lose weight now, with these green smoothies… not to say YOU are.

I wish we drank those though. I’m going to raise my kids on them.

It’s so cute how she went and got the peaches at the end. I’m going to try this. I just ordered a Blendtec blender today. Can’t wait to use it.

I am using a Vita Mix. I LOVE this blender! It is the best one on the market. If you go on my blog and click on the vitamix link on the right column, you’ll get free shipping. Inspire2act(dot)blogspot(dot)com

This is so great you are involving your kids in the process. The nutrients will give them the foundation they need to be healthy and aware

My morning smoothie usually consists of 2 oranges, 1 Lemon, handful of strawberries, or pineapple, 2-3 pieces of kale, 2-4 frozen bananas, Dash of water, Dash of Goji berries and blend. I’ve been doing this for 4 years and now I’ve finally gone 100%.

Thank you much for the guesstimations :)
I am guessing I could just buy this much and make it as I need it :)

Yikes, prices are a weakness of mine. I think the bag of spinach was $3 and the bananas are like $2, peaches maybe $2. That isa full pitcher to share among 3 of us.

ah makes sense, weird enough my nickname was ‘porcelain’ from ‘procelain doll’ cause im very very pale. Thanks for the smoothie recipie, i’m not vegan but i call em ‘meals on-the-go’ cause i just put em in a plastic big cup with a straw and leave the house when im busy, so i avoid eating junk food. I’m pro organic

“China” is my daughter’s nick name. She was born very early and we didn’t have a name for her yet. Since her hair was black and her eyes have the almond Asian shape we called her “China Doll”. It has stayed with her all along.

peaches are sweet, what is weird to me is that the little girl’s name is ‘china’

I thought a smoothie was meant to be fruity and sweet.

  23. Inspire2Act on September 23rd, 2009 2:53 am

I took your advice and made the same smoothie again, but added 2 packets of stevia to the pitcher….I agree…it was really yummy. It made a big difference. Thank you!

Aww.. thanks! Yes, I have the Jack LaLane, it is awesome for root veggies, but not so awesome with the leafy stuff. I think I will eventually get a green star for the leafy stuff and keep the Lalane for root veggies like carrots, beets, or fruit. :)
