Can Smoothie King help tone your body and help you recieve all the nutrients you need ? If I was to drink a smoothie each day, would that harm or help my health ? Which smoothie would help me gain muscle ( not to bulky) and help tone my body ?

I’m looking for a toned body, not a fat or muscle body! I’m a girl
When I say Toned body…I mean toned thick legs without the man type calfs and a flat belly. What type of smoothie can I drink to get that ?
How often should I drink this smoothie ?

    Smoothies might be healithier then a soda, but they are still fattening. Dont eat them everyday of your trying to lose weight.

    smoothies tend to have a lot of sugar in them, so i would say that you should stick with fresh fruits and veggies

    Smoothies is gonna only add the fat content in your body. As it has lots of sugar in it

    To receive nutirents into your body i would suggest fresh fruit juices like
    Orange, Sweet lime , Lime ( Vitamin C)
    Carrot (Vitamin A)
    Water-Melon(Vit E)
    Papaya( all nutrients)

    You can put on your muscles if you drink SOYA MILK

    Smoothies are full of carbs they have like 3 times as many carbs that you need in a day.Its ok to have them once a week but not every day

    If you were to make your own smoothie full of fresh fruit then drinking smoothies would be very nutricious for your body especially in the morning for you breakfast as it is full of vitamins and minerals which are very good for you and will help start your metabolism working without making you bloat so it is very good for you.
    A good way to get a toned stomach is to do lots of stomach exercises such as sit ups, crunches or even just holding a dish hold for a minute, or even the plank which is where to are in a press up with you arms on the floor instead of hands and hold it for five minutes whilst watching television, it does wonders for toning you abs.
    Also try joggin on the spot whilst watching the television, i do this for at least and hour every day and it beats having to run outside wondering if everyone looking at you.
