STRAWBERRY BANANA ORANGE DATE & COCONUT SMOOTHIE w/ SPINACH too! ? * I ngredients * — 3 Oranges — 3 pints Strawberries (aka 6 cups) — 2 Bananas, broken into — 4 Dates, REMOVE the seeds! — 1 Thai Young Coconut Meat + Young Coconut Water — 1 bunch Spinach * P reparation * — 1) To first peel the oranges, cut off the tops and bottoms, then slice the peel all around the edges, leaving some of the white pith behind as it is high in nutrients, eg, bioflavonoids — 2) Cut the peeled oranges into quarters and toss them into your Vita-mix blender, or whatever blender is the best blender for you! BLEND.life-regenerator.com — 3) Toss the strawberries, banana chunks & dates (with seeds removed!) into the Vitamix or blender as well. — 4) Open the young coconut to get the coconut water out—watch this vid if you need help bit.ly Set the coconut water aside for use later in the recipe. — 5) Using a melon baller or a spoon, scoop the young coconut meat out of the coconut and toss into the Vitamix or blender as well. — 6) Blend for a few seconds to make room for the spinach, and then add in the spinach leaves and blend again, adding as much coconut water as you need in order to reach the desired consistency. — 7) Pour into glasses, serve, and

    oh….that is just mean…….we have lots more than potatoes here. Especially in Treasure Valley near Boise…..We have awesome table grapes, cherries, apples, we grow about 75% of the worlds alfalfa seed. Also onions, etc….

    oh my word this looks yummyful! oh lord tho the more raw i get ..the more my body keeps talking to me.. i know for a fact if i tossed all that into that vitamix id have a huge come down attack from the sugars. haha.. yummmmmy

    Dan you and Krista need to come up to Idaho. We dont have any raw food resturants that I know of but I would love to see you and I know many people would. If you ever come through south western Idaho., let us know!
