I am in love with this smoothie with all its protein and delicious nutrition but I cant afford to buy them twice a day and want to try and duplicate it at home

Anyone have the recipe?
I am asking for the actual recipe with 1 banana, # of ounces of strawberry, amount of protein powder, ounces of milk etc.

The ice cream would add fat to the smoothie, but the milk and banana are good.
Try adding frozen chunks of fruit (frozen peach chunks, berries) or frozen cubes of yogurt (instead of ice cream) or go for low fat ice cream.
I think just banana and milk would be kinda gross and runny, so I would not recommend that option.

Toast is a good snack as long as it’s not white bread, not slathered in butter or sugary spreads or high fat cream cheese. The actual toast is good but the toppings are often what kills your diet.

The 4 bananas were about to rot so i made them into a smoothie with honey, water and bananas. Then, I stuck it in the fridge covered up ,and 2 hours later it turned brown. What the heck happened? Would it be safe for me to drink it ,or throw it away?

Bananas Oxidise(brown) when exposed to air.. You should have put a little lemon juice in the smoothie

So i made a banana smoothie with strawberry yougurt and i only made it tonight because i did not want to get up in the morning and make a smoothie :( so would it go brown?

If i were you i would put it in the fridge rather that just leaving it laying around. If you put it in the fridge you wouldn’t have to worry about anything like that happening to it. Plus leaving food out all night especially milk products causing bacteria to grow and im sure you wouldn’t want to drink a smoothie full of bacteria. So just put it in you fridge tonite and you will be good to go in the morning.
