What is a smoothie recipe that starts with a U?

For a school project we must create an ABC book, mine is about smoothies. I have every letter except U. (apple cranberry- zesty strawberry)

Recipes are appreciated along with the source of which it was founded.

I know how to make smoothies, i am the master, that is why i picked them as my book. The problem is i need a recipe (with measurments) for this ‘ugli fruit’

Does anyone have any good smoothie recipes?

I don’t want anything with milk or yoghurt and usually just have red berries (strawberry cranberry etc) with kiwi and banana. I use orange juice to dilute. Does anyone have any tasty ideas?
