im going to do a detox diet and i need a good fruit smoothie recipe please, i dont think its aloud yogurt in, im not to sure. im doing the one where you drink smoothies through out the day and the eat a healthy tea however for the first day of detox you only drink smoothies. id like one that taste nice please?

I’m getting four impacted wisdom teeth extracted tomorrow. I won’t be able to eat solid food for a few days. I bought a bunch of fruit and plan on drinking nothing but smoothies and protein drinks.

Won’t this give me diarrhea? What can I add to my liquid diet that will keep my bowels solid?

Spinach is a good one (fresh spinach), just throw some in there he won’t even taste it.

Carrots also would go well with banana and strawberry.
