Sorry, I did forget to actually say the fruits I have being using. The fruits I usually use are banana and blueberry/strawberry, or each of them on their own.

I dont eat enough fruit. Im trying to eat more. Is pulping fruit into a smoothie as good as eating fruit the regular way? Smoothies seem a cheats way to eat fruit. Is there a downside to smoothies. Im thinking fibre, loosing nutriente ets.

This summer I got this craving for having nice cold fruit smoothies with whip cream on it. I don’t care much for spending all that money on smoothies. I really would like a good recipe on smoothies.
