Fruit Smoothie Recipe?

I need to find a good fruit smoothie recipe from these fruits that I own currently. Bananas, apple, nectarine, lemon, orange. I have ice and milk and other common kitchen ingredients.(no yogurt please) If you can please include calorie amount.

I need some “recipes” for a good fruit smoothie. Something I can make with bananas, blueberries, peaches, strawberries etc. I need to know how much of each to put in.

I also want to add some things like pomegranate, acai and goji (and whatever else is high in anti-oxidants or is good for a person with diabetes). Where can I get acai and goji?
