At home I eat a lot of dark leafy green salads but I also make a green smoothie everyday. I’m so hooked on my green smoothies that I actually crave them if I miss a day. Right now I’m in Vegas and I can tell you nobody here is making (or drinking) green smoothies. But I’m still craving them! Salads are of course a no-brainer way to get your dark leafy green fix while on the go, and I eat plenty of salads at home and while traveling too (by the way, believe it or not, the Vegas buffets have plenty of dark leafy greens and other healthy foods to eat—you just have to make the right choices!)
