I really didn’t measure it, but here’s what I used: Banana (PLEASE PUREE IT FIRST) Yogurt Honey Veggie Glycerin Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Olive Oil *a tiny amount of QB Amla & Olive Heavy Cream Put on hair, cover with plastic cap/bag, wrap with warm towel and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Rinse out and keep it moving. Oh and while your waiting on your smoothie to beautify your hair, go check out EmpressRi’s videos: www.youtube.com

At the moment I’m using banana, milk, yoghurt and honey, is there a better recipe?

I would put:
Frozen blueberries, strawberries, rasberries.
A teaspoon of honey and a cub of cranberry juice and white cranberry and peach juice!
WOOT! WOOT!
Now, what would you put in your fruit smoothie?

Be creative… my favourite so far is: chocolate, ginger and honey milkshake. You gotta put a banana in too to thicken it up. Try it!
Over to you.

For breakfast today, I had a banana peanut butter smoothie. I added soymilk and honey to it. Is that bad? Is it too many calories for breakfast?

Every time I make a pitcher of smoothie with my blender, it comes out bad. They’re grainy, rather than smooth and have no distinct taste. I want to know how to make a great smoothie. These’re what I have to work with: a pitcher-sized blender, low-fat milk, flavored low-fat yogurt, kiwis, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, crushed ice, apples, oranges, and honey.

I thought I could throw some good stuff in a blender and it would turn out delicious, but the last smoothie I made was horrible! I put in strawberries, peaches, bananas, blueberries, rasberry yogurt, milk, juice, some honey, and ice cubes. What did I do wrong? What is the best way to make a good smoothie without having to always follow a recipe?

You will love this quick, delicious and most of all healthy smoothie! Nina shows you how easy and fun this can be!
Other fruits may be substituted and ice can be used in place of yogurt if you have a lactose issue…or, you can use a soy product in place of the dairy yogurt. :)
You will need:
1 cup coconut milk
1 cut plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
10 ounces frozen fruit (berries were my choice)
3 medium ripened bananas
blender…
That is all you will need!
If you have any questions or friendly suggestions, please contact me!
Thanks!
