What are the best ingredients for a smoothie ?
Does anyone know any good smoothie recipes. I love to make smoothies but the recipes I know are boring, I need new ones! Please explain everything.

I spilled a strawberry and banana smoothie on a jumper i love. It left a big pink stain on the cuff. The material is brown/purple velour. It has been washed many times since and won’t come off – is there anything else I should try?

You will love this quick, delicious and most of all healthy smoothie! Nina shows you how easy and fun this can be!
Other fruits may be substituted and ice can be used in place of yogurt if you have a lactose issue…or, you can use a soy product in place of the dairy yogurt. :)

How can you stop a smoothie from changing colour so quick?
I love a smoothie, but the problem is, it changes to a browny colour due to the apples or bananas. I’ve tries adding a touch of lemon to avoid this but it doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas?
