Alright, I kind of wanted
to make a berry smoothie and
here are the ingrediants I will use:

Nectarine
Blueberries
Strawberries
Vanilla Yogurt
Ice

Now i’m having trouble deciding wether I should
use milk or orange juice.

Which one do you think will taste better?

tired of looking all over the net for a recipe for the ingredients i have on hand: Orange sherbet, milk,vanilla yogurt. ( with or without eggs) hellllllllllllp! Having a major orange dreamsicle attack as I type! Thankx!

Sure … use the sherbet. You may not need ice then, since the sherbet is frozen, and the milk will be cold. DON’T use raw eggs! Besides being disgusting tasting, you can get very sick from eating raw eggs……

for a smoothie your best off getting flavored syrup eg strawberry blueberry
personal fave is strawberry banana here’s how you make it

put about a cup of ice in your blender add 2 squirts of strawberry syrup yes you can use the nesquik syrup but it doesn’t taste as good.. cut one banana add 1 scoop vanilla ice-cream a shot or 2 of water and blend. enjoy

you can use regular milk, it is probably a recipe for a low fat smoothie. With regular milk it will just have more fat.
