How much weight can you lose on a diet of one smoothie, two milkshakes and a package of wheat crackers a day?

I’ m 5″10″, 187 pounds and would like to get down to 160. How long would I have to stick to the aforementioned diet plus running an hour on a treadmill and doing 1000 crunches a day to reach that goal, assuming that it would work? I hate feeling any belly fat and want to completely get rid of it and have six pack abs.
