two scoops of your favorite ice cream
half a cup of cream/milk
1 banana sliced
10 strawberries slice
and if you’re over 21: I like to put about a tablespoon of kahlua in it.

I have frozen strawberries and frozen banana, but I don’t have any yogurt. Would it work to blend together the frozen strawberries, bananas and some low fat milk or would that just turn into slush?

You could use low fat milk to make your smoothie…not all smoothies are made with yogurt! You could even use flavoured milk if you have it….such as chocolate or strawberry
