I Hate the taste of vegetables but I want to diet and lose some weight. If I blend only fruits and vegetables together and drink it, is it the same as eating it? Will anything change?

Nothing will change. That’s the only way the residents CAN eat their veggies at the retirement home my wife works at.

brocolli, kidney beans, lentils, carrot…is it okay to blend a heap of vegetables for a veg smoothie? I’m vegetarian and want to try drinking my veg intake instead of eating it.

Please don’t judge me hahaha!

Leaf vegetables are also known as leafy greens, potherbs or just greens. They are the leaves of vegetable plants, and can be eaten in salads, stir-fries, and smoothies. Which is the best Smoothie Maker at the moment?

I am confused by all the Smoothie makers on the market at the moment all claiming to be the “best”. I want one that will take whole fruit with skin on, vegetables (both fresh and frozen), don’t want to have to peel or de-seed anything and not so bothered about the juicing part.
