A green smoothie is a great way to start your day. I said lunch in the video, but I made it for breakfast. Recipe 1/2 frozen banana … if you use a whole banana, add 1 cup of water instead of 1/2 cup. 5 strawberries juice of one orange 1/2 cup spring water 2 cups baby spring mix Blend! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Use the same combination but try a pear and blueberries.     No, dry them and store them. I have fruit trees in my backyard. No orange trees yet, but hopefully one day.
