What do you put in your homemade healthy smoothie?

Category: Smoothie Articles

I put two banana’s, around five really ripe strawberries, around five grapes, add a little less than half a cup of vanilla soy milk, and sometimes add some hemp seed shells for an added protein kick.

Chuck it all in and see what comes out!

I once had grape, banana, kiwi, raspberry, orange juice, cooked apple and peach and it was lovely.

With 2 bananas and only 1/2 c. of soy milk, how do you get the blender to actually work? I use 1 banana, 1 cup of yogurt, 1-2 scoops of vanilla soy protein powder, about 1/4 juice or soy milk and FROZEN fruit (which works like ice cubes) – mangos are the best:)
