I’ve dumped a bunch of strawberries (w/ sugar if they didn’t have it) and vanilla soy milk into a blender and it comes out great. Bananas also go with strawberry too. Usually you put a lot more fruit than milk or juice in the blender.

    Honestly, I love simply having
    1 apple
    1 orange
    a few cubes of ice
and a bit of vanilla soy milk (start small and add more based on how thick you like your smoothies. I start with 3/4 cup)
    Put in blender and blend.
In one delicious drink you have consumed 2 servings of fruit while feeling like you had a sweet dessert.
    :)

Smoothies are great because you can use what you want. You can also throw in strawberries and raspberries. An apple is a good thing to add with whatever flavor you make because it is good for you, it is cheep and it isn’t overpowering.
I personally prefer mine with vanilla soymilk, but it can still be yummy if you only have regular. You can also look to see if you have any vanilla lying around.

Only use bananas if you like the taste because they will overpower any flavor.

I usually use 2/3 cup of soymilk and a heaping cup of fruit. Makes enough to fill up a drinking glass, not too thick and not too thin. It works best if you freeze the fruit.
